- Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to US-based executive stakeholders (C-level) that articulate the business value of ServiceNow.
- Estimate effort, timelines, and resourcing structures required for complex project bids and Statements of Work (SOWs).
3. Technical Execution & Integration
- Architect sophisticated integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise tools using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Maintain instance integrity by establishing strict governance protocols, minimizing technical debt, and managing update sets/scoped applications.

Pre-Sales & Soft Skills
- Flawless, executive-ready English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to confidently present to US clients.
- Prior experience in a Pre-Sales role or a consultant capacity, creating technical proposals and managing client expectations.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to translate chaotic business needs into clean, structured technical blueprints.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a massive advantage.
- Multiple Implementation Specialist certifications (CIS).
