We are looking for a full-time Business Development Intern (Sales intern) to join the passionate Codingal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for student retention, renewals, and referrals
• Engage and retain existing customers while cultivating profitable relationships
• Interact with customers via calls and messages
• Achieve monthly targets in a highly performance-driven, competitive environment
• Collect feedback from parents and ensure timely action is taken

What We’re Looking For

• Computer Science or technical background preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers looking to build a career in sales are welcome to apply
• Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver a sales pitch like a charm and maintain healthy customer relationships
• Fast, self-driven learner who can get up to speed on our products and services within 2 days
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred)

Compensation & Perks

• INR 22k stipend per month, with additional incentives (upto 15-20k per month) based on target achievement
• Potential PPO after 6 months (based on performance): 4L fixed annual salary + 6L annual incentives (up to 10L total cash CTC)

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India

• Shift Time: 1 pm to 10 pm

• Week Off: Any one day between Monday and Friday

• This is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
