Job Title - Key Account Manager
Location - Mumbai
We are looking for a high-performing, commercially driven leader to manage a strategic Beauty eCommerce account while acting as the AI Champion for Beautyverse.
This role combines strong account management expertise with a forward-thinking, technology-led mindset. The individual will be responsible for driving category growth, retailer partnerships, joint business planning, and execution excellence, while leading the adoption of AI tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the sales team.
The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, highly analytical, and passionate about using AI to simplify processes, improve productivity, and unlock growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Manager and AI champion
Own and lead a key beauty eCommerce account, delivering targets across revenue, market share, profit, and brand visibility.
Account Management
Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with the platform partner.
Lead commercial negotiations, assortment strategy, promotional planning, and investment governance.
Build strong senior stakeholder relationships within the account organization.
Drive best-in-class execution across content, visibility, availability, pricing, and promotions.
Business Performance Management
Deliver topline and bottomline targets.
Monitor weekly and monthly performance against key KPIs.
Analyze category trends, competitive activity, and platform dynamics.
Drive corrective actions to close performance gaps and unlock incremental growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Brand, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Media, and Category teams.
Ensure seamless execution of launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
Sales Process Transformation
Identify repetitive and manual processes suitable for automation.
Develop AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative workload.
Partner with digital, analytics, and technology teams to deploy scalable solutions.
Design and implement AI-powered tools, dashboards, copilots, and automation workflows.

Skills & Experience Required
Competencies
3-5 years experience in Sales, Key Account Management, eCommerce, or Modern Trade.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Experience in beauty, FMCG, personal care, or consumer products preferred
Curious towards problem solving.
Independent Multiple stakeholder management
Experience using AI tools or work flow design such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI capabilities, Power Automate, or similar platforms is not mandatory but will definitely be a plus
