Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role primarily involves researching property tax information across the United States, contacting government agencies by phone, and updating records accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to professionally interact with external agencies while conducting research and resolving inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Research property tax records and related information using online resources and databases.
• Contact county, city, and government agencies via phone to obtain and verify property tax information.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in internal systems.
• Follow up with agencies to gather missing information and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally while providing excellent customer service.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong internet research and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or data research roles.
• Experience interacting with government agencies or public records offices is a plus.
• Background in property tax, mortgage, real estate, title, or related industries is preferred but not required.
