Role: ATM Testing Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ATM Testing Analyst with strong expertise in ATM/Card Payment Systems, End-to-End Testing, Test Automation, and Scheme Processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies across ATM platforms, payment schemes, authorization, clearing, settlement, dispute management, and ATM hardware integrations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with ATM device models from NCR, Wincor, and Diebold Nixdorf, along with reporting tools, monitoring platforms, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases for ATM and Cards applications.
• Perform End-to-End (E2E) testing across ATM transactions, card processing, cheque deposit workflows, and payment systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
• Prepare and manage test data for functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Validate ATM transaction flows including withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries, PIN services, and cheque processing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ATM hardware error codes across NCR, Wincor, and Diebold Nixdorf devices.
• Perform validation of EMV transactions, card scheme authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Work with GAC Reporting, CoEx Reporting, OpenShift, and Kibana for transaction monitoring and issue analysis.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and support integration testing activities.
• Track defects and testing progress using JIRA.
• Review business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.
• Support continuous testing and CI/CD initiatives.

ATM & Cards Domain

• Strong knowledge of ATM transaction lifecycle and ATM ecosystem.
• Experience with ATM hardware platforms:
  • NCR
  • Wincor
  • Diebold Nixdorf
• Knowledge of ATM device error codes and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cheque deposit processing and E2E validation.
