Responsibilities:

• Provide professional end-to-end operational support for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients
• Respond to client inquiries through various channels to ensure quality service and operational efficiency
• Conduct basic research and resolve routine requests
• Identify and escalate potential issues or risk concerns in daily operations
• Perform general operational tasks, including mail sorting and distribution
