Job Description:

  • Efficiently use multiple systems while maintaining engaging customer conversations.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills, including de-escalation abilities.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Handle confidential information responsibly and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
