Responsibilities:
- Support hedge fund & PB clients and institutional trade desks
- Provide operational support on reporting and trade research
- Manage unmatched trades and fails, investigate disputes and erroneous bookings
- Conduct internal reconciliation of Prime Broker Client transactions
- Resolve aged fails with clients and contra brokers
- Provide intra-day settlement status to clients
- Perform and present client metrics analysis
- Articulate data-driven insights to clients, business units, and counterparties
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processing efficiencies
- Interact with Front Office Business Unit and internal support departments
