Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality end-user and VIP technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (O365), macOS, and Microsoft Teams Rooms, along with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
This role requires an individual who can independently manage technical issues for executives and end users, maintain professionalism during high-pressure situations, and provide a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365/O365, and macOS environments.
- Deliver dedicated Executive/VIP support, ensuring a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service.
- Administer and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, including troubleshooting meeting-room technology and user issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, connectivity, and collaboration-tool issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS desktop/laptop issues and coordinate escalations when necessary.
- Provide support for executive meetings and other business-critical collaboration activities.
- Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities effectively in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach when working with senior executives and business stakeholders.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions following established support processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and other IT support teams when escalation is required.
