IT Support (Onsite - Lisbon)

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote support for desktop, laptop, and software-related issues.

Diagnose and resolve incidents while maintaining a high standard of user support.

Support operating system updates, software deployments, and device configurations.

Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on complex technical issues.

Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Support endpoint security solutions and asset lifecycle activities.

Monitor support queues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Support roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues.

Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Intune, SCCM, or other endpoint management tools.

Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.

ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL practices.

Scripting experience using PowerShell or similar tools.
