Assembler

Assembles all kinds of contactors, contactor’s spares and probe pins that are required to deliver based on the target delivery date with quality assembled part using assembly aid drawing and required tools.

Performs in-process and final inspection, can do functionality checks and testing of device for contactors, contactor’s spares and probe pins in accordance with the established assembly quality and safety standard using assembly part check sheet and SDS data sheet.

Participates/cooperates with his superior in formulating new rules and procedures to make us effective and efficient using written assembly procedure and work instruction.

Maintains a level of performance as required by his/her position level. (Determine and correct minor equipment and tooling malfunctions.)

Prints documents such as assembly aid drawing, check sheet, etc. as required in the procedure.

Posts job accomplishment in Shop Clock Oracle to get the real time used.

Performs other duties as required.

Performs work safely and in accordance with the EHS Policy, Procedures and provisions of the Standards, and to report any work hazard (unsafe conditions or unsafe practices) that may be discovered in the workplace and to make suggestion for correction or removal of the potential hazards.

Practices the 5S and waste segregation program, and to support the activities on waste reduction, storm drain management, water and energy consumption reduction.
