Project Lead - Civil Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning to successful delivery
• Oversee designs, technical reviews, site inspections and construction activities
• Drive project budgets, timelines, resources and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams
• Prepare and review technical reports, tender documents and bills of quantities
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations and health and safety requirements
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years’ consulting engineering experience
• Proven experience in civil infrastructure design and project management
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in civil design software and Microsoft Office
• Experience in quality assurance, cost control and construction supervision

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or BTech in Civil Engineering
• ECSA registration as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist
• Valid driver’s licence
