Salary: R18,000 to R24,000 per month

Remote Recruitment is looking for a Virtual Events Coordinator to support online webinars and virtual events. This fully remote role is based in South Africa and does not require venue attendance or travel.
What you will do
- Maintain registration details and coordinate attendee communications.
- Prepare event checklists and track outstanding preparation tasks.
- Arrange speaker rehearsals and confirm presentation materials.
- Check links, access settings and session information before events.
- Support live online sessions and troubleshoot routine access issues.
- Escalate technical problems and keep organisers informed.
- Coordinate recordings and follow-up materials where required.
What we are looking for
- Relevant event-coordination experience.
- Strong organisation and clear communication.
- Confidence using online meeting tools and troubleshooting calmly.
- The ability to keep speakers, attendees and preparation tasks on track.
- The ability to work independently and communicate progress reliably.
- Reliable internet and a suitable remote-working space.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zoom Webinar or equivalent platforms.
- Experience supporting speaker rehearsals and online attendee communications.
What is on offer
- Monthly remuneration of R18,000 to R24,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.
