UI/UX Designer - Banking Applications

Job Description:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end digital experiences, from user research and wireframing through to high-fidelity designs and prototypes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and customers to create user-centred solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years' experience in UX/UI Design
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Financial Services
• Experience working in enterprise-level environments advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
• Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
• Strong understanding of Human-Centred Design (HCD) principles and accessibility standards
• Experience collaborating within Agile/Scrum delivery teams
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience working closely with Product, Business Analysis, and Development teams
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• UX/UI Design, Human-Centred Design, or Interaction Design certification advantageous
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centred design processes and successful digital product delivery is essential
