Job Description:

My client is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to develop and enhance digital experiences across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating user-focused solutions that improve usability, accessibility, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting user research and usability testing
Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and task flows
Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive digital solutions
Understanding product requirements and user behaviour
Developing personas based on user research and data analysis
Defining and evaluating interaction models
Solving UX challenges related to usability and user journeys
Communicating design concepts and prototypes effectively to development teams
Staying up to date with UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices
Contributing to UX/UI standards, governance, and consistency across platforms

Qualification:

BCom Informatics, BEng, BSc, or equivalent tertiary qualification
