Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier invoices, prepare purchase orders, and generate payment reports to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, sales invoices, and financial transactions within the accounting system.
• Coordinate, record, and track payment-related documents to ensure accurate documentation and efficient processing.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and documentation errors.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Higher Technical Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Highly enthusiastic, eager to learn, and possesses a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and resilient under challenges.
• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
