We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded Insight Analyst to support the development and implementation of data-driven insights across strategic client programmes. In this role, you'll use structured analytical methodologies to identify trends, uncover performance drivers and translate complex data into practical, measurable solutions.

You'll work closely with operational and business stakeholders to turn insight into action, helping improve business performance, operational efficiency and customer experience.

What you will do in this role

As an Insight Analyst, you will:

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, performance drivers and key business insights.

• Develop actionable insights that support business decision-making and improve operational performance.

• Apply structured analytical methodologies to investigate business challenges and identify opportunities.

• Use statistical analysis, data mining and other analytical techniques to improve the accuracy and depth of insights.

• Translate complex data into clear, practical and measurable recommendations.

Reporting & Visualisation

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance scorecards.

• Use tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Excel to analyse and visualise data.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.

• Present insights in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop reporting that provides meaningful visibility of business and operational performance.

Business Problem Solving

• Identify root causes of business and operational challenges using data-driven analysis.

• Develop evidence-based recommendations to improve processes, efficiency and customer experience.

• Translate analytical findings into practical solutions that can be implemented and measured.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of insight-led strategies.

• Challenge assumptions and use data to support informed business decisions.

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide regular insight into performance drivers and areas requiring intervention.

• Support the development of forecasting models and analytical approaches to aid business decision-making.

• Track the impact of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement.

• Continuously refine analytical methodologies, reporting and insight generation processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, data requirements and analytical needs.

• Present findings and recommendations to operational teams, leadership and other stakeholders.

• Communicate complex analytical concepts in a simple and engaging way.

• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted analytical partner.

• Use data storytelling to clearly communicate not only what is happening, but why it is happening and what should happen next.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis, insights, business intelligence or a similar analytical role.

• Proven experience analysing large and varied datasets and translating findings into meaningful business insight.

• Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to query and analyse databases.

• A solid understanding of fundamental statistical and analytical techniques.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.

• Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R would be advantageous.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience developing dashboards, reports and performance scorecards.

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, presentation and data storytelling skills.

• The ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to develop practical, measurable solutions based on data and analytical outputs.

• Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning techniques would be advantageous.

• The ability to understand business processes, systems and best practices and apply this knowledge when developing insights.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.
