Renewals Manager

Join Connectd as a Renewals Manager, where you will independently manage a portfolio of customers, guide them to successful renewals, and mitigate post-renewal refunds. You will work across the Customer team and wider business to find solutions to potential obstacles to securing renewals. Additionally, you will maintain a high level of pipeline hygiene and be an expert in the delivery of Connectd's programs. Missions

• Independently manage a portfolio of customers during the renewals phase and guide them to a successful renewal.

• A strong sales or renewals background, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• A strong negotiator and communicator, capable of developing rapport with senior executives and experienced professionals
• Self-motivated and well-organised individual who takes the initiative and works autonomously
• Someone with a can-do attitude, always looking to go the extra mile and drive genuine change at Connectd
• Resilient and adaptable individual, able to navigate uncertainty and solve problems
• A genuine interest in the Board Advisory, Fractional or NED space and someone who wants to grow and develop in a fast-moving scale-up business
