- Monitor Submission of Collection Reports: Ensure timely submission of BC and SLI collection reports from assigned managed service providers (MSPs), including Bida Fiber.
- Record Daily Deposits: Accurately record all daily deposits in the SAP system to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Validate and Reconcile Collection Reports: Validate and reconcile collection reports submitted via email by MSP partners, ensuring consistency and accuracy in collection data.
- Assist in Resolving Payment Disputes: Address and resolve payment disputes, making necessary system adjustments for incorrect, duplicate, or unposted payments to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Coordinate with the Payable Management Unit (PMU) on offsetting undeposited collections by MSP partners, ensuring proper escalation and Manager approval before acting. Collaborate with the IT Team to promptly address and resolve system-related issues encountered in the course of work.
- Data Privacy Compliance, Learning and Development: Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, and management initiatives. Participate in relevant learning and development programs and continuously enhance knowledge and skills aligned with the role and organizational requirements.
- Provide Regular Updates to the TSU Head: Deliver regular updates to the TSU head regarding collection statuses and any issues that may arise.
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Google Workspace applications.
- At least 2 years of Treasury/Finance/Business-related work experience.
- Willing to be trained and report on site from Monday to Friday
