Location: Home-based in Ghana, with customer-site visits when required
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, including a 30-minute lunch break
Salary: GH₵1,500-2,500 gross per month, depending on skills and experience

Are you interested in solving technology problems, helping customers and developing practical IT skills?
CoreBridge is a growing technology business with a UK presence and newly launched Ghana operations.
We support businesses, schools, charities and churches with everyday IT support, Microsoft 365, practical
security and technology planning. We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic individual to help establish our local presence. You will work from home, receive remote technical guidance from our UK-based founder and visit customer sites when needed.
What you’ll do
• Log support requests, carry out basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
• Help customers with routine computer, software, email and connectivity problems under guidance.
• Research potential customers and follow up approved introductory emails.
• Update our outreach tracker and maintain accurate customer and support records.
• Arrange appointments, coordinate customer visits and prepare simple reports.
• Help deliver a friendly, professional customer experience.

Who we’re looking for
REQUIREMENTS & APPLICATION
You could be a recent graduate, an HND or diploma holder, or an early-career IT professional. Applicants
with practical skills gained through other routes are also welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, computer hardware and internet troubleshooting.
• Clear spoken and written English and a polite, helpful manner.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• The discipline to work reliably from home during agreed hours.
• A suitable home workspace and reliable internet access.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
• Integrity, respect for confidentiality and an eagerness to learn.
Previous IT support, customer service or Microsoft 365 experience would be an advantage.
Travel arrangements
This role is primarily home-based. Candidates should budget for transport to local customer visits from their salary. For approved travel outside the agreed local service area – for example, from Accra to another region- CoreBridge will cover transportation and accommodation where required.
The local service area and travel expectations will be agreed before appointment.
