Programme Manager/ Consumer Network Rollout Programme Manager/ Programme Delivery Manager/ Deployment Programme Manager/ Connectivity Programme Manager (Telecoms - Consumer Networks)

The Programme Manager: Consumer will lead the planning and delivery of the Comapany's consumer network rollout, upgrade, and expansion programmes, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with business objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong programme and project management expertise, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, technical teams, delivery partners, contractors, and key stakeholders.

1.1. Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead the planning and delivery of 5G radio network rollout and upgrade projects for the consumer segment.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risk registers and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure project documentation, handover packs and quality sign-off are completed for each site/project.

1.2. Vendor Oversight & Performance Management

• Provide oversight and performance management of external delivery partners and service providers. Ensure that contractual, quality, scope, and delivery timelines are consistently met.
• Monitor partner performance against agreed service levels, project milestones, and delivery requirements.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate performance issues, delays, risks, and non-conformances. Drive corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges.

1.3. Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Track and report on network rollout milestones.
• Escalate risks and delays to the Program Deployment Head.
• Provide regular stakeholder reporting on project status, budget and risk.

1.4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (field services, NOC, SOC, quality) to meet coverage, capacity and quality targets.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 8+ years' experience in telecommunications project management, ideally within consumer/5G network rollout.
• Experience managing network rollout programmes.
• Vendor and contractor management experience.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) advantageous
