Responsibilities:

Define and drive the enterprise AI and data architecture roadmap.
Architect data lakes, data warehouses, data pipelines, and real-time data platforms.
Design scalable AI/GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and vector databases.
Build event-driven architectures using Kafka, Kafka Connectors, or similar technologies.
Establish data governance, security, lineage, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
AWS/Azure AI or data certifications preferred.
Experience in BFSI, FinTech, lending, or digital banking domains.

Required Skills:

AI/GenAI: LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI.
Data Architecture: Data Modeling, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing.
Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
Data Platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and Vector Databases.
Data Engineering: ETL/ELT, Streaming Data, Kafka.
Programming: Python, SQL, Shell Scripting.
Governance: Data Quality, Security, Privacy, Metadata, Lineage.
LLMOps and AI Platform Engineering.
