Your Role & Team

The Senior Product Specialist role will work closely with our Sales Team to validate that the correct product version (e.g. Standard or Essentials) is being sold to the customer. This team supports the Sales Team behind the scenes and occasionally provide demos to prospects/ customers.

This is a hands-on role that knows the product functionality and limitations in detail. You will be reviewing the CreditorWatch requirements form that customers fill out and provide responses based on the queries coming through.

You will work closely with our Product and Operations team on any future or bespoke customer requirements. This role keeps aware of new and planned features of products and aims to be seen by Sales Team as knowledgeable, firm & fair.

This is full-time opportunity reporting to the Head of Product Delivery and offers hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office. We are also open to Melbourne Based candidates.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Review the CW requirements form as filled out by the customer/ prospect and validate that the Standard or Essentials product is suitable.
  • Create detailed “Build Requests” for the internal build team in accordance with CW requirements form
  • Provide product demonstrations
  • Articulate benefits of product features to the Sales Team
  • Liaise internally with Solution Architects or product management team, as applicable, to clarify product capabilities against customers stated objectives
  • Perform Level 2 Support to qualify product issue vs user Issues; Assist or escalate as appropriate
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

Our ideal candidate

  • 3-4 years demonstrated experience with configuring or selling SaaS solutions
  • Have a thorough understanding of the entire credit onboarding process in order to facilitate recommendations to a customer
  • Prior experience working with digital credit applications will be highly sought after
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Credit Management Industry
  • Experience working within the Fintech or Accounting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Project Management or Project Co-ordination experience will be useful
