We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), be comfortable owning development tasks independently, and consistently build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.

• Build reusable, performant, and scalable Lightning Web Components.

• Develop robust Apex solutions, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueables, and integrations.

• Follow Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, security, code optimization, and exception handling.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solutioning decisions.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.

• Support deployments, testing activities, and production issue resolution.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend improvements to existing implementations.

• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging development practices.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Apex

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • SOQL/SOSL

  • Salesforce configuration and customization

  • Salesforce Flows

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, sharing and security model, and platform architecture.

• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and external system connectivity.

• Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and CI/CD or deployment processes.

• Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling and application design principles.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
