**Please note that any applicants must have completed the Cultivate Initiatives internship program prior to employment. Applicants who have already completed the internship program will be prioritized.**
**This position is timebound position and will end on June 30, 2027, due to current funding.**
Compensation/Benefits:
- $20.00/hour to start

Accountability:
- Accountable to the Property Stewardship Program Manager and Beautification Lead (while offsite)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide community beautification services such as graffiti removal, waste removal, and other services as requested
- Maintain safety of self, team, and surroundings while providing services
- Represent Cultivate Initiatives to various partners and community members
- Participate in meetings and trainings
- May participate in special projects and activities
- May perform other duties as requested by supervisor
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
- Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels, from quiet offices to louder, industrial settings.
- Work requires the ability to perform manual labor requiring the full range of body movement.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Being physically present in the CI offices from 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or religious exemption
