Сейчас мы расширяем команду и ищем AI / ML Engineer, который будет работать с LLM-моделями и данными, развивать продуктовые AI-сервисы и участвовать в принятии ключевых технических решений.

Задачи

  • Разработка AI-сервисов на базе LLM (чат-интерфейсы, помощники, агенты)
  • Интеграция LLM (ChatGPT, Gemini и аналоги) с внутренними системами и API
  • Построение и улучшение RAG-подходов для работы с документами и знаниями
  • Работа с текстовыми данными (чаты, заявки, документы)
  • Участие в проектировании архитектуры AI-части продукта

Требования

  • Коммерческий опыт работы AI / ML Engineer
  • Уверенный Python, опыт написания production-кода
  • Практический опыт работы с LLM-API (OpenAI, Gemini и др.)
  • Понимание принципов RAG (embeddings, retrieval, chunking)
  • Опыт внедрения ML/AI-решений в продукт
  • Разговорный русский и английский языки -обязательно

Будет плюсом

  • Опыт с LangChain или аналогичными фреймворками
  • Опыт оценки качества ответов LLM
  • Fine-tuning моделей или продвинутый prompt engineering
  • Опыт деплоя и поддержки ML-сервисов

Условия

  • Удаленный формат работы, по контракту удаленного сотрудника
  • График работы 5/2 по времени ОАЭ
