Application Consultant – Salesforce

We are currently looking for an experienced Application Consultant - Salesforce to join an international team responsible for developing and operating modern Salesforce CRM solutions.

In this role, you will work on Salesforce Org, CRM Analytics, Salesforce Frontend reports and GUI, and related integrations. You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, develop and maintain Apex code and configurations, manage deployments, and support the platform in an agile international environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and operate Salesforce CRM systems, including Salesforce Org, Salesforce Frontend reports/GUI, and CRM Analytics
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design and implement Salesforce configurations and Apex code using clean architecture principles and best practices
• Develop and maintain solutions based on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Flows
• Work with Salesforce CRM Analytics and support reporting and data-driven solutions
• Manage deployments using GitHub Actions and follow modern CI/CD practices
• Monitor system performance and stability and support incident management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and manage system interfaces
• Work with Salesforce data and integrations using SQL, SOQL, and SAQL
• Use tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft Teams, and VS Code in daily development and collaboration
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable Salesforce solutions
• Participate in an agile development environment and collaborate with international stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce or CRM systems in an agile environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Practical experience with Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Inspector, CRM Analytics, and Apex
• Experience designing and delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and SAQL
• Practical experience with Tableau for analytics and data visualization
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions and understanding of CI/CD practices
• Good knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and VS Code
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development, configuration, and system integration
• At least one Salesforce certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in German at minimum B2 level
• Fluency in English at minimum B2+ level
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience with JavaScript and Salesforce frontend development
• Experience with Jenkins and automated deployment processes
• Knowledge of Linux environments
• Experience with SQLAlchemy and data integration
• Experience working with complex Salesforce integrations and system interfaces
• Additional Salesforce certifications
• Experience in large-scale international CRM projects
