Automation Tester

We are currently looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join an international team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of modern web applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing both manual and automated tests while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Work mode: Hybrid (2 days from the office, 3 days remotely)

• Budget: 80-110 PLN net/h - B2B

• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability)

Project scope:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure application quality

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites using Playwright and Cypress

• Integrate automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using Jira or Azure DevOps

• Support performance, load, and security testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner

• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Test Managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Prepare and maintain test reports, quality metrics, and testing dashboards for project stakeholders

• Support release activities, including release validation, release notes preparation, and post-release feedback collection

• Contribute to maintaining high software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle

• Support testing activities for modern web applications built with Angular and TypeScript

Competence demands:

• 4+ years of professional experience in software testing, including test automation

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Cypress

• Experience testing modern web applications developed with Angular and TypeScript

• Good knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Jira

• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and system testing methodologies

• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Very good English skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI testing

• Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner

• Knowledge of performance and security testing

• Experience working in international enterprise environments
