Senior IT Analyst – Banking | Statements & Reporting

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join a major core banking transformation programme focused on replacing local legacy systems with a unified Nordic banking platform.

The role requires strong experience in bank statements, reporting and end-to-end requirements management.

• Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw
• Working model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office

Your role

• Gathering and analysing requirements from business stakeholders
• Translating requirements into features and user stories
• Managing requirements independently from discovery to handover to developers
• Supporting solutions related to bank statements and reporting
• Coordinating dependencies across business and technology teams
• Preparing clear functional documentation
• Working within a complex, large-scale banking programme

What we’re looking for

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• Professional knowledge of bank statements and reporting
• Experience managing requirements throughout the complete delivery lifecycle
• Experience working in a programme involving approximately 300+ specialists
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and dependencies
• Fluent English
• Availability to work from the Gdańsk or Warsaw office twice per week

Nice to have

• Experience working for a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of Hadoop
