Senior IT Analyst – Banking | CDW & Reporting

Join a large-scale core banking transformation programme focused on replacing legacy systems with a unified Nordic banking platform.

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst with strong experience in banking, CDW, reporting, data governance and data mapping.

Project information

• Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw
• Working model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
• Contract: B2B
• Project language: English

Your role

• Gathering and analysing business requirements
• Translating requirements into features and user stories
• Managing requirements independently through to handover to developers
• Supporting CDW, reporting, data mapping and data governance
• Coordinating dependencies across business and technology teams
• Working within a complex, large-scale banking programme

What we’re looking for

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• Practical experience with CDW and reporting
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience working in a large programme involving 300+ specialists
• Fluent English
• Availability to work from the Gdańsk or Warsaw office twice per week

Nice to have

• Experience working for a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of Hadoop
