THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re hiring a Creative Director to bring Cyera’s brand to life across every campaign and every touchpoint where a customer, prospect, or employee meets us. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will be a key strategic leader of Cyera’s brand and a core creative voice on the marketing leadership team.

This is not an execution-only role. We’re looking for a creative leader who pairs strong visual instincts with strong writing, and who treats every campaign as a chance to tell a story people remember. You’ll partner closely with Design Studio, Integrated Marketing, and other functions across marketing to make sure Cyera’s brand shows up with the same craft and clarity everywhere it appears, and you’ll lead a small creative team that you’ll be expected to grow, in capability and in ambition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brand storytelling across campaigns. Turn Cyera’s positioning and messaging into campaigns that fuse strong visuals with strong copy. Define and build briefs that serve as a guide to make every campaign feel like one idea, carried consistently across every channel and format.
• Creative direction for key touchpoints. Set the creative bar for the moments that matter most: launches, events, the website, sales collateral, social, and executive communications. Make sure the brand feels like one brand, wherever someone meets it.
• Partnership with Design Studio. Work hand in hand with Design Studio to turn creative concepts into finished work. Bring clear direction, sharp feedback, and a point of view that raises the level of what gets made.
• Partnership with Integrated Marketing. Sit alongside Integrated Marketing from the start of campaign planning, so creative is built into strategy rather than added at the end. Help turn campaign briefs into ideas that earn attention.
• Creative team leadership. Lead, coach, and grow a small creative team across Copy and Video. Model the craft, help your team members develop into stronger creative thinkers, and build the bench for Cyera’s next stage of growth.
• Brand stewardship. Act as a guardian of Cyera’s voice and identity across the company. Give partners across marketing, sales, and product the creative guardrails they need to move fast without losing consistency.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10-12 years of creative experience, including time as an art director, creative director, or similar role, ideally at a B2B technology company or a category-defining brand.
• A portfolio that proves the partnership between visual and copy. You can point to campaigns where the idea, the design, and the words worked as one.
• Enterprise brand experience. You know how to make a serious, technical brand feel human and memorable without losing credibility.
• Hands-on craft. You can sketch a concept, sharpen a headline, or direct a shoot yourself, not just brief someone else to do it.
• AI fluency. You know how to define where and how AI tools fit into the creative process, using them to raise quality and velocity together rather than trading one for the other.
• Strong stakeholder management. You build trust with partners across marketing, sales, and product, and you know how to hold a creative point of view while navigating competing priorities.
• People leadership. You’ve hired, coached, and grown creative talent, and people want to do their best work for you.
• Collaborative range. You work well with design, marketing, and brand strategy partners, and you know how to hold a creative point of view without slowing a team down.
• Operating principles that match ours, push boundaries, own and act, elevate together, and a leadership style that matches ours, model, coach, care.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

Compensation Range: $190,000-$230,000.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
