What Will You Do

• Own the technical relationship for enterprise customers across EMEA
• Act as a trusted advisor on security validation, architecture, integrations, and platform adoption
• Lead technical onboarding, architecture reviews, and success planning
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges
• Conduct technical reviews and EBRs with both technical and executive stakeholders
• Monitor customer technical health, adoption, integrations, and validation maturity
• Identify new use cases and support platform expansion
• Work closely with Implementation, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams
• Support partners and distributors with technical enablement, workshops, architecture guidance, and escalations
• Help partners design scalable enterprise and managed service deployments

What Will You Have

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Security Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, XDR/EDR, vulnerability management, threat detection, and exposure management
• Experience with APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, Windows, and macOS
• Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and CISOs
• Experience leading customer workshops, technical reviews, and strategic discussions
• Strong customer ownership mindset with experience driving adoption, retention, and expansion
• Experience with BAS, AEV, MDR, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Threat Intelligence is an advantage
• Fluent English and availability to support EMEA customers and occasional travel
• Additional European languages are an advantage
