岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责京东工业自有品牌电气工控类产品（电机，传感器，PLC等）全生命周期管理，包括产品规划、定义、立项、上市及迭代。

2、深入研究工业场景需求、竞品与供应链，制定电气、工控、配电、自动化元件等品类的产品策略。

3、输出产品规格书、BOM、成本目标、卖点体系，协同研发、供应链、质量完成产品落地。

4、负责产品定价、毛利管控、市场推广策略，支撑销售达成与品牌心智建设。

5、跟踪产品销售数据、用户反馈与质量表现，持续优化产品矩阵与竞争力。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，电气、自动化、机电、电子等相关专业优先。

2、3 年及以上电气 / 工控 / 配电 / 自动化元件产品经理经验，有自有品牌、工业品、MRO相关经验优先。

3、熟悉低压电气、PLC、传感器、继电器、开关电源、变频器等一类或多类产品。

4、具备完整的产品定义 - 成本管控 - 供应链落地 - 市场推广能力，能独立操盘产品线。

5、有头部工业品企业、品牌方、MRO 平台产品经验者优先考虑。
