Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerk to support our team in Broussard, LA. This position will assist with a variety of administrative, clerical, and general facility duties to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Assist with day-to-day facility needs and tasks as assigned.
Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.
Support team members with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus, but not required.
