Senior Copywriter (Brand + Sales)

Turn products and ideas into stories people want to engage with - and content that drives action.

Build the content and brand narrative across channels, connecting storytelling, PR, partnerships, events, and special projects with acquisition, sales, and brand growth.

How You’ll Contribute

• Create website and landing page copy that communicates the product, value proposition, and brand clearly.
• Develop sales materials, proposals, decks, and case studies that help move leads through the funnel.
• Build and maintain the Brand Verbal Guidelines, including brand story, messaging, tone of voice, and key narratives.
• Create customer experience copy across different touchpoints.
• Write UX copy for the Daos App, with a focus on clarity, usability, and conversion.
• Develop social media and PR copy for campaigns, launches, events, and special projects.
• Build and maintain a messaging library for different audiences, products, and communication channels.
• Act as a voice guardian, ensuring consistency across all brand communications.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, sales, and other teams to turn ideas into polished communication materials.
• Use AI as a working tool for research, structuring, brainstorming, and first drafts - while always applying a strong manual editing and final writing layer.

What You Bring

• Strong background in content-led / inbound marketing, rather than pure performance marketing.
• Ability to turn products into cases, narratives, stories, campaigns, and lead-generating content.
• Experience using content, PR, collaborations, events, and special projects as acquisition levers.
• A portfolio with at least 2 strong English-language cases - such as decks, landing pages, proposals, case studies, or similar materials. Social media examples alone are not enough.
• Experience writing brand stories, brand platforms, and tone-of-voice guidelines.
• Experience working closely with a designer: you understand how copy works within a layout, slide density, visual hierarchy, and the actual design process - not just writing long-form text in Google Docs for someone else to adapt later.
• Strong understanding of sales and different stages of the funnel - for example, knowing how a proposal differs from a landing page and how a middle-of-funnel lead differs from a cold lead.
• Strong English writing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and naturally

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3, AI, venture capital, premium real estate, or hospitality.
• Experience with UX writing for mobile applications.
• Experience working with international brands and multicultural audiences.
