À propos du poste Pour accompagner la montée en charge de nos projets microélectroniques complexes, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Conception ASIC & Flot DFT pour piloter l'architecture de testabilité et la préparation aux étapes de Tape-Out.
Vos enjeux au quotidien En lien étroit avec les équipes d'architecture et de synthèse, vous définissez et implémentez la stratégie DFT (scan insertion, ATPG, BIST) tout en participant à la conception RTL des blocs logiques. Vous garantissez un taux de couverture optimal et la répétabilité des tests industriels.

Outils : Siemens Tessent, Synopsys Design Compiler, SpyGlass, scripts Tcl/Python
