We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Application Developer to join a dynamic technology team in Wrocław, Poland.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with strong expertise in .NET technologies and Microsoft Azure. This role requires a proactive professional who can design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Work model: Hybrid - 4 days per week from the Wrocław office

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
Build and enhance cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions in accordance with best practices.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and development teams to define technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Support CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives.
Contribute to system design discussions and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 8.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control systems such as Git.
Good knowledge of database technologies, including SQL Server.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
Azure certifications
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures andAzure messaging services.
Exposure to modern frontend technologies.
Hybrid working model with regular on-site presence required in Wrocław, Polan d.
