Junior AI Architect

The team:

The Enabling Area - Information Technology team is responsible for building and maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focus on providing employee experience.

Your work profile:

• Architecture Design: Design end-to-end architecture for AI solutions, including data ingestion, processing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define architecture patterns, components, and interfaces to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the implementation of AI solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and advancements to inform technology decisions and architectural design.
• Model Development and Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Ensure best practices in model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integration and Deployment: Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.
• Define deployment strategies and processes for deploying AI models in production environments, including cloud-based and edge computing platforms.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish monitoring and optimization mechanisms to track the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of AI systems in production.
• Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes to optimize AI models and algorithms over time.
• Governance and Compliance: Define governance policies and practices for AI development, deployment, and usage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and privacy considerations in AI initiatives.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to drive AI projects from concept to delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Key skills required:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience as an AI Architect or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques and algorithms.
• Experience with AI development frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or ML.Net.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and influence team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with AI applications in specific domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of edge computing and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices for AI development and deployment.
