• Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Education - Bachelors in Engineering
• Monitoring and observability (e.g., metrics, logging, tracing)
• Automation (e.g., automation of operations, deployments, monitoring, and scaling)
• Containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Reliability engineering (e.g., SLA, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, capacity planning)
• Performance optimization
• Security aspects
• Incident management process
