You are a smart, experienced, creative and naturally inquisitive Tester, who has a strong passion for testing and technology. You believe in the importance of embodying our clients’ brand into the overall experience and you have a strong understanding or interest of TV apps.
Role Responsibilities:
- To work within the Analyst team to assist with the preparation of test plans and the testing of software to company guidelines and standards.
- To assist in the preparation of test plans and test scripts.
- To ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release.
- To prepare and maintain test plans for use on automated testing tools.
- To prepare a test plan and test scripts to test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.
- To provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.
- To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development team for project scheduling purposes.
Other responsibilities:
- Liaising with Project Managers
- Working to the specified timeframe or budget
- Communication of job status to project leader
- Daily submission of detailed timesheets
- Contributing to the positive growth of work environment and Analyst team
- Demonstrate and maintain a positive attitude to all assignments

Requisiti
This is the experience that will help you hit the ground running.
Required
- 2+ years’ experience in scheduling management for live broadcast or OTT streaming platforms.
- Working knowledge of scheduling, acquisition and delivery systems, including broadcast, satellite and IP direct workflows and acquisition booking.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint and Excel.
- Experience running detailed checks on schedules or configurations and catching errors before they reach a live environment.
- Comfortable working with numbers: preparing billing records, reconciling figures and building estimates in Excel.
- Experience diagnosing operational problems and following them through to a fix.
- Experience acting as a day-to-day client contact, communicating changes and requirements clearly in writing and in conversation.
- Experience coordinating work across several teams with different priorities, such as operations, technical and finance.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Valued
- Experience configuring events on an OTT platform or a video platform’s content management system.
- Experience onboarding or training clients or new colleagues on systems and processes.
- Experience writing and maintaining operational documentation or process guides.
- Experience supporting high-profile live sports events, including traffic or capacity planning.
- Spoken and written Italian.
