Job Description:

Objetivo del puesto

Brindar soporte al equipo de Tesorería y Operaciones en las tareas administrativas y operativas del área, colaborando con el seguimiento de pagos, cobranzas, conciliaciones y documentación.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Dar soporte en la gestión y seguimiento de pagos a proveedores.
  • Colaborar con conciliaciones bancarias y actualización de registros.
  • Realizar seguimiento de cobranzas y otras operaciones financieras.
  • Mantener actualizada y ordenada la documentación del área.
  • Colaborar con reportes, formularios y procesos administrativos.
  • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes y firmas internas.
  • Brindar soporte en tareas operativas de los distintos mercados.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y colaborar en la optimización de procesos.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante de carreras de Ciencias Económicas, Administración, Contabilidad o afines.
  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas de Office.
  • Perfil organizado, proactivo y con atención al detalle.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Interés en desarrollarse en áreas de Finanzas/Tesorería.
