  • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and problem management, helping implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
  • Serve as a liaison among Application Development, Infrastructure, and Production Support teams to coordinate issue resolution and service improvements.
  • Support application releases, deployments, upgrades, change activities, and production validation.
  • Improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and observability using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Automate recurring operational processes to reduce manual effort, improve recovery, and minimize operational toil.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, support procedures, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Support disaster recovery exercises, resiliency testing, operational controls, and audit-readiness activities.
  • Support applications and services across AWS, OpenShift, and containerized environments.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams and participate in a rotating shift and 24x7 support model.
