Backend Developer - Java

We are hiring an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Kafka. The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable backend systems and strong problem-solving skills with good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement Microservices-based architecture.
• Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work on event-driven architecture using Kafka.
• Deploy and manage applications on the AWS cloud platform.
• Write optimized, reusable, and clean code.
• Participate in system design discussions and technical planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-7 Years.
• Strong experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Good exposure to AWS cloud services.
• Experience working with Kafka messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of DSA and problem-solving concepts.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, multithreading, and backend optimization.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working in product-based or scalable application environments is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period will be preferred.
