Full Stack Engineer - AI

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer (Full Stack) with hands-on experience in building production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development expertise and the ability to build scalable AI solutions from backend intelligence to frontend experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered full-stack applications.
• Build and optimise LLM- and RAG-based solutions for real-world business use cases.
• Develop scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
• Integrate AI models into production-ready applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and AI engineering.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in AI engineering or full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Good understanding of machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI agent frameworks or agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases and Embedding Models.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
