Group Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of a portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience leading Product Managers, and a proven ability to deliver business impact through customer-centric product innovation. As a Group Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to define product vision, drive execution, and ensure products achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for multiple products.
• Own and prioritise the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers while fostering a high-performance product culture.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products from concept to launch.
• Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
• Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Balance customer requirements, technical feasibility, and business priorities during product planning.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, and business updates to executive leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement through experimentation, user feedback, and iterative development.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple products or product portfolios.
• Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and experimentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate customer insights into impactful product solutions.
• Strong business acumen with experience driving product growth and commercial outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2C, D2C, SaaS, or large-scale digital platforms.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced product organisations.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
