Group Product Manager - Agentic AI

As Group Product Manager for Agentic AI and Voice, you will define the future of intelligent, voice-first customer experiences at one of Europe's largest telcos - serving over 240 million customers across 50+ countries. This is a high-ownership role for a product leader who thinks in systems: someone who can translate cutting-edge LLM and multi-agent capabilities into real business outcomes, deployed at scale, across millions of customer interactions every day.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for AI Voice Bot and Agentic AI platforms across DT Group markets.
• Build scalable voice-first AI experiences using LLMs, STT/TTS, RAG-based knowledge systems, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Design intelligent VoiceBots capable of reasoning, contextual memory, task execution, and end-to-end workflow automation.
• Serve as the connective tissue between central AI teams and market-level product teams driving alignment across business units.
• Own and move key product metrics: latency, intent accuracy, hallucination rate, call containment, CSAT, and automation efficiency.
• Lead build/buy/partner evaluations for voice AI infrastructure and agentic frameworks.
• Champion responsible AI practices, including transparency, bias mitigation, and GDPR compliance.
• Present roadmap and strategic recommendations to senior leadership; align AI investments with business priorities.
• Mentor Product Managers and foster an AI-first product culture across the organization.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and MVP through to scale and optimization.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years in a senior or group-level scope.
• Proven track record taking AI/ML or Conversational AI products from 0 to scale.
• Deep understanding of VoiceBot platforms, LLM applications, and Agentic AI systems.
• Familiarity with STT/TTS, RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience mentoring PMs and shaping product team culture.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Data-driven execution: ability to turn metric insights into roadmap decisions.

Good to have:

• Experience building AI copilots, customer support automation, or enterprise Voice AI solutions.
• Exposure to contact center automation, speech analytics, or omnichannel conversational platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Dialogflow, or equivalent frameworks.
• Understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, observability, and responsible AI systems.
