Group Product Manager (Agentic AI)

We are hiring a Group Product Manager - Agentic AI with strong experience in consumer-facing platforms to lead AI-driven product innovation at scale. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in building B2C/D2C digital products and a strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic workflows, LLM ecosystems, and AI-native user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered consumer platforms.
• Build next-generation AI experiences leveraging Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG architecture, and intelligent automation.
• Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data, and Business teams.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to MVP production scale.
• Drive customer engagement, personalization, retention, and platform growth using AI capabilities.
• Own product strategy, prioritization, experimentation, and success metrics.
• Identify and launch high-impact AI use cases across consumer journeys.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.

Requirements:

• 11+ years of Product Management experience in product-based companies.
• Strong experience in B2C/D2C or consumer-facing digital platforms.
• Proven experience building AI/GenAI-powered products in production environments.
• Strong understanding of: Agentic AI workflows, LLM ecosystems, RAG Architecture, AI orchestration frameworks, Prompt engineering and AI evaluation.
• Experience working with cross-functional Engineering and AI teams at scale.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and product leadership skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience with conversational AI, AI assistants, recommendation systems, or personalization engines.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and AI observability tools.
• Experience scaling consumer products with large user bases.
