Principle Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of business-critical products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise products, driving product innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy.
• Build and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, market analysis, and competitive insights.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Prioritise product initiatives using data, customer feedback, and business impact.
• Define and track product success metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Drive product launches and go-to-market planning in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor product managers and foster product management best practices across the organisation.
• Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities to maximise product value.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Strong experience owning end-to-end product strategy and execution.
• Proven success in building and scaling B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring product managers or leading strategic product initiatives is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-enabled products, cloud platforms, or data-driven enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
