Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in Data Analytics, Data Science, or AI-driven products. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering and business teams to deliver impactful digital products. Experience working with Agentic AI, Generative AI, or data-centric platforms will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, prioritise, and translate business requirements into product features and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering, design, AI, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive product development using Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and business metrics to make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure product success.
• Support product launches and ensure the successful adoption of new features.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data-driven products and business metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Analytics Professional, or Technical Product Manager.
• Experience working on AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science-based products.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, and KPI tracking.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise products, or digital platforms.
