Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Java programming skills for developing automation scripts and testing solutions.
  • Develop API frameworks and data fabric services using Java/J2EE.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable Java-based REST web services.
  • Write scripts for automation using various scripting languages like Python, Perl, Groovy, and Bash.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of Java code.
  • Implement CI/CD automation using PowerShell scripts, Linux shell scripts, and Python.
  • Create secure, RESTful-based web services using XML, JSON, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Prototype models and develop automated testing solutions using tools like Selenium, TestNG, SoapUI, and JMeter.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Java development with a focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in Java, Selenium, and RestAssured or relevant automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing, security testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications, AWS services, and SQL databases.
